Memberclicks has reported that the IP addresses in question have been removed from the monitoring authority's SPAM list.

MemberClicks, our E-List provider, has had one of their IP addresses flagged as SPAM with a single monitoring authority. They are working to resolve. In the meantime, we are monitoring E-List email delivery. So far, only a select few users have reported not receiving E-List emails today.
